All domestic USA orders over $100 ship USPS Priority Mail for FREE.  All orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $12.95.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free international shipping is available for any orders over $400.

International orders under $400 ship via USPS Global Express Mail at a flat rate of $48 worldwide.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing international orders before your order ships.

Importation Fees // Customs, duty, and import fees may apply if your order is shipped to a destination outside the United States. The customer is responsible for all customs, duty, and import fees for any Ted Rossi order.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for full-price USA orders ONLY within 5 days of receipt of order.

We do not offer returns or refunds on full-price merchandise.

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.

 

REPAIRS

Ted Rossi stands behind its merchandise with a one year warranty on products purchased from an Authorized Full-Price Retailer. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this one year period. Repair inquiries should be directed to Customer Care at hello@tedrossi.com. Typical turn-around time for repairs is 1 week.
