Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a “Ted Rossi Shipment Confirmation” e-mail.  In the event of any backorder, you will be notified of the backorder via e-mail, which will also include an estimated ship date.

Your order with Ted Rossi will ship via UPS Ground within the continental US at a flat rate of $10. All International destinations will ship via the US Postal Service at a flat rate of $30.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL . No returns, no refunds. All claims for exchange/repair must be made within three (3) business days of receipt of your Ted Rossi order.

All discounts for promotional codes entered into the “PROMOTION CODE” box will be adjusted after checkout. Your credit card will not be charged until after the adjustment is made.
